The charity was awarded a grant in 2020 to help fund meetings of a Trike Club which meets monthly in Ealing. The trikes are designed for a sighted volunteer to navigate and steer, while the person with visual impairment can exercise by pedalling. One participant said: “MAB pulls us together as a community of visually impaired people. We get together for outings, for Coffee Mornings and for the Trike Club. Cycling at Kew Gardens and Walpole Park is very good for us all.”
